Rainy Weather Sydney

Raindrops on red leaves
LOOK RIGHT, and look what you're stepping into
Watch out below
Friday night it rained. Saturday it rained (intermittently but sometimes heavily). Last night it rained.
For the 24 hours to 9:00am Saturday there were nearly 60 mm of rain;
to the 24 hours to Sunday morning, another 18.
Our median rainfall for the month of April is 75 mm, so we have had it all in the last two days.
However rainfall is variable in this part of the world in April.
The lowest it has ever been since records began was 2 mm, and the highest was 370 mm. The daytime temperature is generally above 20 degrees, but always pack an umbrella, in case.
Raindrops can be pretty if you are not out in the rain. If you are, pedestrian crossings are not always well designed for leaky boots, and a tin roof can dump on you when you least expect it.
